We are pleased to introduce to you our specially designed CoolFlatRoof.com app – a roofing calculator, our blog reader and free estimate submission – all in one simple app for iPhone, iPad and Android phones / tablets!
With CoolFlatRoof.com free calculator app, you can now estimate your roof replacement cost even easier – you don’t even have to go to you PC or Mac – just enter roof size and other information into the calculator app, click the “calculate” button – and voila – all prices are in front of you!

You can even fill out the Free Roofing Estimate form within the app. We will receive it immediately and will get in touch with you shortly to schedule roof inspection and estimate. If you live outside our service area (New England, NY & NJ), we will forward your information directly to IB Roof Systems, and they will put you in touch with certified IB Roof installers in your area.

CoolFlatRoof App – Download Instructions
One way to do it – click the appropriate platform button below – it will take you to the App Store page or to the Android Market (Play Store) page. You can login and install the app without actually using your phone or tablet.
Another way, is to get the app from your phone or tablet. Launch App Store / Play Store app, search for “roofing calculator” or “flat roof calculator” and you will see an icon that says “cool flat roof” – like the one on the right. Download the free app – it will appear in your app drawer (on Android), or in the springboard (on iPhone / iPad).
Availability: You can grab the Android version of CoolFlatRoof calculator app here. iPhone version is going through App Store approval process right now, and should be available shortly. We will update this page, as soon as it is available.
How CoolFlatRoof Calculator Works?
We made our app calculator work the same way as our online flat roof calculator. Prices are estimated in the same way, and even the progressive roof pricing option works, so your estimated roof quote is as close to actual pricing as possible.
Please note that all prices estimated by either app or our online calculator are just that – estimated approximate pricing. If you fill out the information fields correctly, then our estimate will be very close to the price generated by the app. However, if there are unforeseen conditions discovered during roof inspection, the actual price may change.

You can also view CoolFlatRoof.com blog from within the app, and browse our website – it will open in your default browser.
We will add or change a few functions to the app, as time goes by. All changes will be reported on this page, below.
I always love learning about new apps for things. This app sounds really cool! I have a roof that is over 15 years old and has held up well with repairs, but I’m thinking of replacing it soon. I really want to know the cost of various roofing materials before I make a choice, so this app will come in handy!
