If you are looking to have an IB Flat Roof installed, it will be helpful if you send us some photographs of your roof, such as off the ground shots from different angles, on the roof shots, and any flashing detail shots, including roof-to-wall, pitch change, chimney / sky-light / HVAC / ventilation pipe pictures. Having the above mentioned pictures will help us better assess your roof’s condition and the scope of work required, and as a result, provide you with a more accurate roofing price quote. Dear visitors, due to recent developments, as of May 1, 2008 we have implemented a new Roofing Estimate Policy. We now provide a free preliminary price quote over the phone and/or email. For the preliminary quote, we will need as much information about you roof as possible.
If you are comfortable with the preliminary price quote, we will schedule an appointment with you at the convenient time for both of us.
Inspection / estimate Fee: We have a roof inspection / estimate fee of $99. This appointment / estimate fee is applied toward the cost of the job if you decide to work with us. The new policy helps us to serve YOU better, by spending more time examining your roof condition and identifying the most cost-effective package for you.
We also ask that you designate at least 2 hours of you time for this roofing estimate. This time will give us a chance to thoroughly inspect your roof’s condition, provide you with our suggestions about the product you should use, identify insulation and ventilation issues and venting method that will best serve your needs, as well as show you the product in action. Additionally we ask that if possible, all decision makers would be present during the roof inspection and estimate.
Estimate fees vs. “free estimates”: Please bear in mind that when other roofing contractors provide you with a seemingly “free” estimate, they actually build the “estimate fee” into your roofing cost, so you actually end up paying not only for your estimate, but also for those of others, who were either shopping for roofing prices or decided to work with another contractor.
